We'll keep things fairly informal, but will make sure to cover the following:

Introductions and a brief spotlight on Walt Gilligan, who led Accenture's $1B+ acquisition integration portfolio and now leads mid-market exits at Schneider Downs Capital, to kick off the conversation.

Group roundtable discussion focused on how leaders are defining the type of revenue that compounds value across valuation, culture, and pipeline when new business is harder to win and buying cycles continue to stretch.

Q&A and best practice collaboration on how companies are adapting their growth approach to create stronger buyer conviction, protect momentum through longer decision cycles, and turn hard-won revenue into a broader organizational advantage.
Walt spent 16 years at Accenture, where he built and led the firm's North America Corporate M&A Integration team and directed value realization across a $1B+ portfolio of acquisitions supporting Accenture's global growth strategy. He now leads mid-market exit and sale engagements at Schneider Downs Capital, whose team has closed 100+ transactions between $10M and $200M+ in enterprise value.
His experience spans technology, manufacturing, professional services, consumer products, and government contracting, giving him a firsthand view of which revenue actually compounds enterprise value and which revenue buyers discount. Walt is deeply interested in how leaders make better strategic decisions and is known for bringing a thoughtful, practical, and highly collaborative approach to complex business challenges.

With 700+ published assets produced for clients across tech, cybersecurity, IT, GovCon, and SaaS, he brings a practical growth perspective across RevOps, business development, technical content, and B2B demand generation. His work spans Decision Table, PK Cyber Solutions, and Ace Business Development, giving him a broad view into how B2B companies create sharper market positioning and stronger executive conversations.
His experience also includes relationship-driven business development, sales support, and event-led growth through Ace Business Development. Outside of work, he brings the same connector mindset to his personal interests as a cigar and scotch matcher, golf hack, and Chicago sports fan.
